Electronic billing
By entering a company name, Chamber of Commerce number or an address, all associated data is automatically entered on the invoice as Spits invoicing is linked to the business register of the Chamber of Commerce and to the national postcode list. Once you have created an invoice, the data will be saved for the next time. When you create a new invoice, this information is automatically retrieved for you. If necessary, you can add an attachment with an explanation of the invoice.
And that’s not all! Because the invoice you create with the app is also sent as a UBL file, it is very easy for the recipient to integrate the invoice into the accounting system. Spits invoicing can even be used if you work without a debitor or product catalogue.

Send digital payment requests and pay by e-mail
In Spits invoicing from KING Finance you have the option to use the real-time link with Buckaroo, Mollie, Sisow and Pay.nl. By clicking on the payment link in the e-mail, your customer can immediately pay in a secure payment environment.
